Group Training for Building Stronger Glutes
BeeGlutes is a specialized group training program for women focused on building and strengthening glute muscles. Our expert-led sessions combine targeted exercises with progressive training methods to help you achieve your goals.
Twice weekly sessions every Monday and Thursday at 14:00. Consistent training schedule helps you build a sustainable fitness routine.
Maximum 6 participants per session. Small group size ensures personalized attention from the trainer while maintaining the energy and motivation of group training.
