BeeGlutes is a specialized group training program for women focused on building and strengthening glute muscles. Our expert-led sessions combine targeted exercises with progressive training methods to help you achieve your goals.

Training Schedule

Twice weekly sessions every Monday and Thursday at 14:00. Consistent training schedule helps you build a sustainable fitness routine.

Small Group Training

Maximum 6 participants per session. Small group size ensures personalized attention from the trainer while maintaining the energy and motivation of group training.

Targeted Glute Training

Specialized exercises designed specifically to increase glute muscle volume and strength. Each workout is structured to maximize results through progressive overload and proper form.
